"...an ivory satin gown softened with chiffon and silver embroideries, the skirt arranged in a series of box pleats caught up with silver ornaments; the transparent train of silver embroidered tulle coming from the shoulders and trimmed with tulle ruches" (see: The Queen, 25 June 1904, p 1056b).
