Descr: FL standing.

Costume: Court dresses.

(Mrs. D. Cooke) "A draped gown of pale eau-de-Nil satin marocain, cut on classical lines. A train of pale eau-de-Nil satin marocain, lined with chiffon and held on the shoulder by a trail of gardenias";

(Miss M. Cooke) "A gown of pink satin beauté, embroidered with pearls, diamanté and silver beads, made with a tight-fitting bodice and a circular skirt, scalloped at the hem. A train of pink satin beauté, edged with fine drawn thread lace" (see: The Times, 13 June 1928, p. 11d&b).
