Mrs Punchard: A gown of deep ivory silk crepe, richly embroidered with silver, and a train of old lace and chiffon.

Mrs Wheeler-Bennett: A gown of cyclamen satin beauté, the draped skirt caught up with a diamond ornament. A train of silver lamé, shot with cyclamen and trimmed with silver lace (The Times, 28 June 1924, p 17e)
